I’m pretty excited for the weather to start getting nice again. Work has gotten pretty boring, but my art is starting to take off which is really exciting. What I cannot wait for, though, is to start surfing and biking a lot more. Spring is the best season for biking because it isn’t too hot yet and the dirt trails haven’t turned hard from the sun, but it is no longer raining everyday and the cold is ending. However, I’m pretty upset because my favorite single track was closed. Apparently at some point during a major storm, a big section of the trail washed out and it’s going to take months to repair. The only problem that I have with surfing during the spring is that it’s shark mating season. There are not many animals that I am scared of. I have had more pets than anyone I know ranging from dogs to salamanders to lizards to snakes, but I cannot deal with sharks. A few days ago while I was surfing I could have sworn I saw the silhouette of a shark under my wave, and I haven’t had the balls to go back in the water since…

Anyway, I need to get going to be at work on time, I’ll write more later.
